In the last week or two some of you renewing or joining have reported an issue with the ‘submit’ button on our 2025 digital membership form.
Thank you to those who have persisted and submitted successfully, at first we were not able to replicate the issue.
This seems to present on mobile submission only and may require you to select the submit button more than twice on a mobile device. If the submit button doesn't commit after reviewing your entry and selecting the submit button again please use this Google Form alternative
This has been escalated to the Wix support team to address.
Please accept my apologies for any frustration or inconvenience, unfortunately it seems this issue is beyond my abilities to address.
If you have joined/renewed but were not able to submit your form(s) I’ll be sending this notice as a direct email to anyone whose form has not been received to date to request resubmission.
